Kettlebell Group Training Options:

Kettlebell Strength Class- This strength training class has been turned up a notch by incorporating Kettlebell exercises that complement traditional resistance exercises.  Using both weighted Kettlebells and free weights and other resistance equipment you will complete sets and reps that are challenging and invigorating to both upper and lower body muscle groups. 

Kettlebell Circuit Class- Join in on this motivating and challenging workout that incorporates timed rounds of Kettlebell exercises with timed cardio exercises. Guaranteed to blast your entire body with this heart pumping, resistance training specific workout.

Boot Camp Style- Following the structure of our 2x per week workout program, you will participate in a one hour total body workout that works your cardiovascular system, strength and endurance and flexibility.  Includes pre & post assessments, orientation to movements and weekly workouts.
