With "Fit In The City", your Certified Personal Trainer will design, implement and modify as needed a fitness program coupled with nutrition guidance to ensure you reach your goals.
Phases of our Training Programs
For each phase of training, we recommend working with your trainer a minimum of two session per week in addition to your own personal work-outs, which your trainer will design based on your goals.
Sessions may be 30 minutes, or 45 minutes in length and are focused on increasing client's physical capabilities, lifestyle, and goals are discussed and defined.
Bring IT ("Let's Get Started") 1-3 Months
Integration to personal training: During this phase you will get a better insight to learning proper nutrition and proper training techniques, and form.
Move IT (You've Started the TRANSFORMATION) 3-6 months
During this phase you will start to notice differences in your energy and body composition. More intense integration to weight training and proper aerobic/anaerobic exercises.
Live IT (You've made a total life-style modification) 6-9 months
During this phase, your lifestyle changes will start becoming habits, in both nutrition, and in your fitness levels. |
