Basic Training: an 8 week program open to all fitness levels to jump start your fitness. Program includes interval work, strength, flexibility, and core. Modifications are available for all workouts.
Body Max Training: an 8 week, strength training program that targets specific muscles weekly with a variety of routines for chest/back, legs, shoulders/biceps/triceps. All workouts are progressive and trainer will instruct participant on correct form, and proper weight load. Cardio not included in this training. (held at ConAgra Foods, and Bellevue Lied Activity Center.)
Elite Training: an 8 week program designed for intermediate to advanced levels of fitness. A session of basic training is recommended prior to registering for the Elite program. Workouts are geared towards high levels of intensity and each boot camper will be motivated and encouraged to reach their maximum limits.
H20 Training: an 8 week, in the pool program, incorporating speed, power and strength. Includes: deep water running, kick boxing drills, interval training, power drills, speed bursts and strength exercises. This is a great way for students that prefer the water, but need a new challenge, to enjoy hard, athletic, nonimpact workouts.
