Fat Burning Boot Camp Offers:

- A Certified Personal Trainer
- Fun group environment (10-20 people)
- Clean, with A/C indoor facility with outdoor areas available and showers
- Orientation - Your first session includes time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment
- Warm-up - Each session starts with a 7-10 minute warm up
- Workout - The 30-45 minute workout includes total body exercises utilizing available equipment, body weight and outdoor environment
- Cool Down - Each session ends with a 5-7 minute stretch
