Physician’s Mutual

I attend classes almost every day over the lunch hour and love the instructors that we have because they each bring something different to the classes. 

 Our Friday instructor is quiet and gentle, but she'll certainly make you sweat!  She has always asked before class, “what do we want to do that day.”  And after class she always asks us how it was and what would we like to change, etc.  On Halloween, she even had "themed" exercises and she dressed in costume.  She makes me look forward to working out on Friday (when many people go out to lunch instead).

 Our Thursday instructor sweats with us, and we love her enthusiasm!  She's our

 "woo hoo" teacher because she's always saying "woo hoo" during class, which is very motivational.  She pushes us by saying positive things, “come on, you can do it!  Your body is stronger than you think!"  During abs she says "my abs have had 5 babies and they are stronger than ever - you can do this too!"  She tells us the names of the muscles we're working, which teaches us at the same time.  She brings an amazing combination of both strength and cardio to us, and we are always dripping with sweat after her classes.

Tuesdays we have ....our drill sergeant!  The strength training is top notch!  One of the things we really love about her classes is that she is always changing things up.  It makes things interesting and works the muscles differently, which is always a good thing.  One thing that's really impressive about her is how she has gone above and beyond to learn step.  She has researched, studied, and practiced at home so she could do step class with us!  As with the two other instructors, she wants the feedback and then tailors the classes to what we want. 

I'm really glad that we have contracted with your company to do business.  It's so great to have several instructors who each bring something different to us.

ConAgra

I absolutely LOVE the workout classes!  I love the fact that I can just walk down the hall every day at lunchtime and do something just for myself.  I am in better shape now than I was 20 years ago.  My husband can tell the difference too!

Blue Cross Blue Shield

I'm over 45yrs of age, and surprising myself.  I really enjoy the classes and I have way more ENERGY.  I do a class every day Monday  thru Friday, and sometimes even an extra class on Friday…so that's like 6 classes in a week and they are 45 min. long!  Come one, Come all… challenge yourself… make a goal… lower your cholesterol…enjoy life… get into those smaller size jeans... have a better expectation of yourself.
